Every property requires a different approach. During our initial meeting, we map out the property and target audience and determine which form of real estate presentation yields the best results.

Styling AdvisE


You will receive personalized advice and a proposal tailored to your home and the sales strategy. We assess what is already present, which improvements will have the greatest impact, and which form of styling is the best fit. This could be a Styling Consultation, Photo Styling, or complete Home Styling.

Upon agreement, we ensure that the property is presented optimally. Depending on the chosen package, we provide advice, handle the final styling on the day of the photoshoot, or fully furnish the home. Always with one goal: a strong first impression and a home ready for photography and viewings.

Ready for sale


The home is ready for photography, Funda, and viewings. With complete home styling, 2 months of furniture rental is included. We are there for you during the sales process and hope to congratulate you on a great sales result. Afterwards, if applicable, we will arrange for the collection of our furniture.

  • The above prices are based on a home up to 75m2.
  • More than 75m² of styling? We charge €15 per extra m².
  • 2 months of furniture rental included with option to extend.
  • Transport and parking costs are charged separately where applicable.

Is home staging tax deductible?

In some cases, home staging costs are tax-deductible. Styling costs fall under selling expenses, which you may deduct from the equity. As a result, the equity decreases and the amount on which you may deduct (mortgage) interest increases. Ask your financial advisor whether this applies to your situation.
