HOME STAGING

Want to get more value from the sale of your home?

Then you've come to the right place! We furnish homes with care and style and offer advice to sellers.

Our staging services always include two months' furniture rental. This way, your home will continue to look attractive during viewings.

Read below what we can offer.

WHAT IS

HOME STAGING?

HOME STAGING presents a home attractively to potential buyers by temporarily furnishing it with our furniture.

A furnished versus an empty home makes a big difference in photos and in person. It creates a more spacious feel and emphasizes the function of different rooms. It also looks much more attractive, and that's exactly what viewers are sensitive to: ATMOSPHERE!

YES, THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!

WHAT DOES HOME STAGING RESULT IN?

Atmospheric photos featuring a modern interior attract more viewers on Funda, thus attracting a larger group of people who are likely to view your home. We share a common goal: to sell your home quickly and for a higher profit.

9 times out of 10, our costs are recouped immediately after the sale.

Typically in just one day, we'll style your home to make it Funda-ready and appealing to a wide audience. So you'll be ready for photos and viewings in no time.

Is home staging tax deductible?

In some cases, home staging costs are tax-deductible. Styling costs are considered selling expenses, and you can deduct them from your home's equity. This reduces your home's equity and increases the amount on which you can deduct (mortgage) interest. Check with your financial advisor to see if this applies to your situation.
